Ghostland Observatory - "Sad Sad City"

I've shared this song before, but not yet on the #YearlongMixtape.  Ghostland Observatory is a totally amazing and kinda weird electronic-rock band from Austin.  I happened upon them by accident watching Austin City Limits on PBS in 2007.  Another band that I wanted to see (Bloc Party) was on, but when I saw GLO, I thought, "WHAT IS HAPPENING?  THIS IS THE COOLEST THING!!"  And I immediately bought all of their albums.

I also had the pleasure of seeing them live a few years ago in Philly​.  They are not for everyone, but if you like interesting sounds, a killer laser show, and great energy, please check them out!
